HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1 - APPLY THROUGH YNB
Submit your application through our website. We review your background and connect you with the right opportunity on the Arise platform based on your experience and availability.
STEP 2 — COMPLETE ARISE ONBOARDING
Arise has a straightforward certification process for each client program. We walk you through what to expect and answer questions along the way so nothing catches you off guard.
STEP 3 — START WORKING FROM HOME
Once certified, you set your own schedule and begin serving clients remotely. You are an independent contractor which means flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to grow your income based on the hours you choose to commit.
STEP 4 — YNB HANDLES YOUR ADMINISTRATION
We manage the administrative side of your independent contractor relationship so you can focus on your work, not the paperwork. Our administration fee is $25 to $50 per bi-monthly pay period, depending on your program.
